FAQsHow do you protect the hampers in the post?
We do all we can to make sure that your hamper arrives with you in perfect condition. Once wrapped, all hampers are protected in bubble wrap and shipped in high quality, cardboard boxes. If necessary, fragile tape will be placed around the box outer.
What do you put the products in?
Our hampers are presented in either wicker gift baskets, wicker hampers, seagrass hamper baskets, cardboard hamper boxes or, keepsake boxes.
Can I make my own hamper?
Yes, you can create your own hamper. Please e-mail us as email@example.com so that we can discuss your requirements and budget.

How do you make sure the items do not move in the hamper in transit?
When the hampers are made, we ensure that all items are fully supported by using filler and shred where necessary and that all products are fitted securely in the hamper basket so that they do not move when the gift hamper is lifted and moved around. The cellophane and ribbon used helps to keep the hamper contents secure.
Can I add a message to my gift hamper?
Yes, we can add a gift tag with a message at no extra cost to you. With every baby hamper bought, a greetings card is included so a message can be added. There are greetings cards available to buy on our website if you want to put a message inside a special card.
What finishing touches can I expect to the hamper?
Our hampers are carefully wrapped in cellophane and tied in a bow using high quality ribbon. Some of our hampers have cellophane, a ribbon bow and co-ordinating curling ribbon.
Can I send the hamper directly to the gift recipient?
Yes, we can send your hamper directly to the gift recipient for you. We can also send a message with your gift hamper.
Economy postage is included if the hamper is being sent to a UK address. An additional postage cost will be required to send a hamper to a non-UK address. Please bear in mind that some hampers cannot be sent to non-European countries, due to customs regulations and restrictions.
Do you make the hampers yourself?
Yes, we buy the individual items and, using our years of creative experience and design, we put together luxurious and beautiful hampers for you.
All your gift hampers have names. Why is this?
We feel strongly that each of our hampers should have a unique identity and, that naming them, adds to their appeal.
Do I have to pay extra for postage?
Economy delivery to UK addresses is included in the cost of the hamper. Using this method, it takes between 3 and 5 business days for the hamper to arrive with you once dispatched.
If you need your hamper quicker, you can pay an additional amount for first class or, next day delivery.
How do I pay for my hamper?
We accept Paypal payments.
Where do you send hampers to?
All the hampers shown can be sent to UK addresses with free economy delivery included.
We can also ship hampers to European countries at an additional cost.
Customs regulations and restrictions determine whether some hampers can be shipped to non-European countries. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
Can I get a hamper quickly?
You can pay an additional amount for first class post or next day delivery. Please e-mail us at email@example.com for assistance.
Please note that some of our hampers have a 2-day dispatch time, due to items having to be freshly prepared to order.
Why is there a 2-day dispatch time on some of the hampers?
Because, some items are made to order to ensure that only the freshest ingredients are included within your hamper.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Deliver on a Saturday?
Depending on the hamper ordered, delivery can be arranged for a Saturday at an additional cost.
What happens if some of the products in the hamper are out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that all the items are provided, but sometimes, for reasons outside our control, some products become out of stock. In those circumstances, we ensure that within the gift hamper we provide you with a replacement item that has an equivalent or, higher value.
When will my hamper arrive?
Hampers can arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery, unless you have paid extra for Royal Mail special delivery service. If you have paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery by 9am, your hamper will be delivered by 9am on the day of delivery. If you have paid for Royal Mail special delivery by 1pm, your hamper will be delivered by 1pm on the day of delivery.
Can you send a gift hamper outside the UK for me?
We can send gift hampers to European countries at an additional cost. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to find out more.

Where do you buy your products for your hampers from?
Our products for our hampers are lovingly sourced from artisan food suppliers and, small businesses and wholesalers within the UK.

What if I am not happy with my hamper?
We have a 30 day returns policy from your receipt of the gift hamper to return it to us for a replacement or, a full refund.
